‘Reclaim Your Rebel Power’ 1:1 Coaching programme

This 120 day immersion journey is for the awakening women who long to reclaim your rebel power and magic and connect to the sacred feminine but who no matter how long you have tried, there is this invisible wall of stuckness which is preventing you from creating the life they desire

This 3 month 1:1 coaching programme is designed to help you:

• Befriend your nervous system so you start to feel increasingly more and more safe in your body so when you take action in alignment with your desires, you get to create actual traction and tangible results because your body no longer sees this new territory as a threat

• Become attuned to your own body’s wisdom so you can liberate the parts of you which have been holding you back.

• Increase your capacity for pleasure as your nervous system becomes more and more regulated, resulting in you having more fun! And you being able to work with the laws of magnetism to your favour

• To reconnect to the sacred feminine and reclaim your power and magic and fully embody and express the woman you and the world are longing to see

• 1 x 2 hour kick off embodiment goal setting and teaching of the self empowering Feminine Embodiment practice ‘Primal Feminine Flow’
• 7 x 75 mins 1:1 coaching sessions which includes:
  • Turning your shame into power
  • Reclaiming yourself worth
  • Reclaiming your boundaries
  • Learning how to speak your truth from the heart and create deeper connection to yourself and others
  • Increasing your pleasure stamina and magnetism and impact to create the life you desire
• Teaching of the most powerful nervous system regulation tools based on the latest Polyvagal theory
• 1 x 90 mins closing session, with actionable steps on how to create your legacy
• ongoing Voxer (voicemail) support - 48 hour response (I don't work weekends)
• Resources, rituals and explorations to support your growth between sessions
• 1:1 teaching of the Primal Feminine Flow practice: an empowering self-practice which enables you to liberate your own frozen tension and increase your capacity for pleasure and magnetism alongside the coaching
